A Professional Biography

Fernando started his career in 1979 working on government contracts in the San Diego Area. After 10 years of working in and out of the unions and building connections, Fernando decided to make his dream of being a business owner a reality. In the early 90's Accurate Construction (later incorporated and renamed Accurate Builders Inc) was born.

From Handyman to Contractor

Over the last 25 years, Fernando has taken his company from a small handyman business to a multi-million dollar general construction company. Fernando now holds a Class B General Contractors License and a C10 Electrical License. He has been involved in at least 50 housing flips and has done over 100 extensive rehab projects.

A History of Successful Projects

One of Fernando’s most memorable projects was the re-building of the Harbison Canyon Estates in Harbison Canyon, CA after it was destroyed by the 2003 Cedar Fire. Fernando and his crew took the park from ash and ruins to a beautiful, fully-remodeled 40+ unit park that has a pool, tennis and basketball courts a restaurant and much more.

Committed to the Community

Fernando is very actively involved in his community. Over the years, he has worked closely with the Alpine Community Center, Alpine Kiwanis Club, and the Alpine V.F.W. Throughout his years of business, he has acquired many valuable contacts in all areas of business, making it possible for him to take on projects most could not. Fernando is committed to providing quality work and loves taking on projects that put his skills and creativity to the test.
